Everything was Created to Worship Him!

On Easter Sunday, we as Christians celebrate the resurrection of Jesus. We believe that God is three in one, God the Father, God the Son (Jesus) and God the Holy Spirit (see Matthew 28:19).

Next to Christmas, Easter is one of the most important days celebrated in the Christian Church. I love everything about Easter, the morning worship service, getting dressed up in spring clothes, and enjoying a dinner with family.

Another thing about this time of year that I really take in, is nature. I like looking at all the green palms from palm Sunday, the colorful array of tulips and the white Easter lilies. Some may not consider all the flowers and greenery but I do like looking at and exploring nature. I feel God’s peace and enjoy reflecting on him in the quiet of nature.

Being out in nature reminds me of how great God truly is. He created all of nature from the skies, seas, mountains, trees and rivers. It’s quite magnificent! And best of all, He created us! He created everything on Earth to worship Him. Colossians 3:16 states: for through him God created everything in the heavenly realms and on earth. He made the things we can see
and the things we can’t see—
such as thrones, kingdoms, rulers, and authorities in the unseen world.   Everything was created through him and for him.
